I love seeing you guys because all of you are so lovely! However, I did not like the person who did my cleaning as much, I had her for the first tim and won't go back. I askes her to skip the flouride trratment at the end and she could not let it go, must have asked me at least 5 different times why I did not want it and if it was an allergy, even though she also kept saying its not a problem that I dont want it. As someone who is very uncomfortable and no richly anxious during a dentist appointment - the entire team from the receptionist to Dr. Shake himself were personable, very understanding and did their absolute best to make me comfortable. My dentist hygienist was an absolute sweetheart who was patient and kind about my sensitivity of getting my teeth cleaned and talked me through the entire procedure. Very pleased with the quality of the service I receive, as well as the staff's willingness of explain financial matters and be sensitive to my needs as a patient and client. The people in this office seem to like their jobs and their clients genuinely and to know their stuff, so it's really a pleasure to HAVE to go to the dentist.
Everyone I've had contact with is incredibly competent and incredibly nice.
