I talked to the new service manager, Michelle, and definitely changed my perspective on this dealership. If you had a terrible experience with Desert Wind service department, you should definitely give Michelle the time to make it up to you.
Visiting from Indiana and my bike took sick. My local brothers recommend desert wind and they did a quick fantastic job. Thank you very much to the folks at desert wind HD.
Just called your parts dept after getting terrible customer service at the dealer closest to me. Not only was Carlos helpful, but he gave me 2 options I didn't know were possible to help get my Sporty back on the road. I'll gladly make the drive to see you guys for my parts from now on.
I purchased my Road King from Chesters last year. I had a great experience then but since that day it has gone down hill. Getting warranty work done has been a nightmare, it has been like pulling teeth. I've switched dealers even though I only live 3 miles from Desert Wind. Good luck new owners but having the same management staff will keep me away.
