I think they should check their bikes closer before renting them out. Got 4 error codes coming at us during a 7 day ride. Very frustrating not knowing if the bike will make it back. No help from the Chester's staff, no plan in place for a replacement bike or a way to get us one. Future of vacation unsure.
Worse than poor! I bought a used RK Classic and upon delivery there was a problem with the locks and keys. Bill, in service, said he would order new locks so I would only need one key to operate all the locks. He said it would take 7 days. I returned in 8 days and Bill had not ordered the locks. He told me to return the following Tues and they would install them while I waited. I arrived to find Bill in training for the next 2 days and no one else knew anything bout this issue. Business response:
Mr. Sordelet, After you jammed your key in the lock of your saddlebag to the point it wouldn't come out we volunteered to have a locksmith come out and repair your bike at our expense. Then we volunteered to have your locks rekeyed so that they would again all be the same.
I can't say enough about the way I was treated at Chester's HD. Marlon, Chris and Roger treated me like we had been friends for years. I think They were more excited than I was about my purchase of my 2011 Road King. And man I was excited and happy to be back on a Harley after a 15 year break. Love you guys! Big Joe
