I came in from Grand island Nebraska for Arizona bike week and i had bike problems and they wont not help me with anything the service service sucks

We arranged two bikes for 4day rental...easy reservation, pick up, and drop off. Great service and friendly staff.
They won't work on a bike older than 2003 what a joke!!!!

Dont go here!!! Go ANYWHERE else, my brand new bike broke down from untorqed bolts, on the highway, in rush hour traffic. They refused to help me. They said it's not there problem because i bought it a week before they changed their name to desert wind. Pathetic
