First thing that grabs your attention is the size of the place. It is huge. You can tell they take the utmost pride in everything they do. They are true professionals at every level. As a beginner I was beyond nervous, but the staff takes the time and breaks everything down in terms anyone can understand. The entire staff lives up the the quality of the name Harley-Davidson.
Everyone was friendly and approachable, helpful in every way!
This place was hopping with activity this weekend cook out on the patio, a band, people tossing bags, there was a rider's class and then of course our Accident Scene Management class, the place to be or stop by.
Mike and Tony did an excellent job with managing the course and instructing it. They took their time explaining what was being taught and were very patient with the riders that had no riding experience. The staff at the dealership were also very encouraging and supportive of us being there. I would recommend this course to anyone.
I've had nothing but amazing experiences from Desert Wind! The instructors for the riding course were very helpful and would go into detail as to what you did wrong and how to correct it and give you plenty of training and knowledge to be able to ride safely. Ended up purchasing a 2016 Harley Iron 883 and was in and out in less than a hour.
