Best H-D dealership I've ever been in! It was a festive atmosphere and the staff treated you like royalty!
Had my 2014 Ultra limited in for service this week. The service took a little longer than expected due to problems with the bike in front of mine. They went out of their way to make things right by getting me rides and discounting my service. Very happy with the knowledge an attitude of the staff.
I took the class more than once, sure some can train but Mike Hargrove doesn't have the patience to really train someone with learning disabilities. Once Mike said to my husband after my second day of class " She won't be a rider, she is just not trainable" . my husband took the time to teach me more than others could, I passed on my second time in class today thanks to Mike C. And my husband Chaz.
My wife and I attended the riding academy at Desert Winds and she ended up buying a 2016 Softail Slim from them. I had a friend get involved in riding by taking the riders course there as well, and he bought a 2015 Fat Bob. After being at this dealership with family and friends off and on over the past few months I decided to trade in my bike for a 2017 Road Glide Special and they made me a great deal.
