So having had a horrible experience at another HD dealership in the area I was a little reluctant to bring in my bike for the 5k service, previously swearing I'd never go to another dealership again for service. I have to say that I'm really really glad that I did. I originally made a mistake scheduling the service on the wrong day but when I brought my bike in they said they'd do their best to get it done by EOD. They had it done in 2 1/2 hours which is actually faster than the quoted 3 hours for 5k service. I ride every da... read more
