RecommendedWe have lived at the Lofts for almost 4 years, love it! Enjoy the amenities and the restaurants just a few steps away. Management is terrific, and response time is great for anything needed. We have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath and there is plenty room because the layout uses space very wisely. Love how pet friendly the lofts are, and love the location!
We have lived in the Chesterfield Lofts complex for the last 3 years and just signed on for another one! We absolutely love the way that the apartments look, how pet friendly the community is, the security of the building, and, of course, the excellent neighborhood! I definitely would recommend these apartments for anyone looking for some of the nicest apartments you can find in Springfield.
Have lived at the Lofts for one year and would definitely recommend this location. It is convenient, well located, quiet and well kept. Cost is comparable and management is very professional and effective. Love the Lofts

Love my loft..!!! I am a 2 year resident of the Chesterfield Lofts and have really enjoyed living here. From the secure building access, finished rooftop to the well appointed loft unit itself, this has been a perfect fit. And, not having to mow a yard or fix something if it breaks works great for my busy lifestyle. If you are looking for southside loft living, look no further..
Love living here, everything is maintained so well and our manager Myra couldn't be nicer.
