I had the absolute best time at Chester and Felicity. Was having a rough day and came to my appointment not wanting to try on dresses. However, Sarah was so amazing, listened to what I wanted and worked so hard to make sure I was happy! I ended up having the best time, finding my dress and ringing the bell! The champagne was a welcome bonus. Highly recommend!
I felt like I had a great day here trying on dresses with my people. We are sitting a month out from my appointment, and after experiencing another shop. Chester & Felicity is sub par. My consultant was very nice, but we are a queer group of folks and felt very out of place. Even with having an unlimited budget for my dress - I felt not taken seriously. I had an amazing time at Chester and Felicity! Charlotte made the process easy and comfortable, and I ended up saying Yes to the Dress! The show room was clean, and lots of great lighting and big windows to see what the dresses would look like in sunlight. Charlotte was professional and a master at this, she could read how I was feeling so well and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I highly recommend visiting Chester and Felicity and working with Charlotte to find your dress for the big day!
