I had a wonderful experience with Chesrown. I recently purchased a used vehicle and there was a problem with the financing. I emailed Ryan Gill about this problem and he went far and beyond to make things right. He acknowledged that this issue was not my fault and took complete control of the situation and made this purchase the best car buying experience I have ever had. Went to look at SUV'S today, after a what I'd call a moderate snaffu, my rating would have been a negative 10... but after about a 5 min wait after I'd hung the phone up (was trying to call to complain) Ed, the finance manager called my cell to see what had happened and what he could do to make things right. I've got to say, he went over and above any job description he might have there. What a great group @ Chesrown. My fiancé and I are very grateful for these folks after have such a horrible experience @ the competition right down the street. Needless to say we drove off in a 2015 Chevy 4 door 4x4 silverado. Very impressed by this group and will def. Drive 3.5 hours to purchase from them in the future.
