Don't recommend their used cars. Mine car took back a couple times, ended up being warranty work and I worked w/Byers who was great and took care of. My son bought his car here, told oh it's a good car. 3 times in the shop and they finally say our computer for GM, take it too another dealer and it's the 2nd time in there shop. Now i know what they tack on that warranty. Not happy
By far one of the best dealerships I've been to. You won't see too many dealerships where their owners not only have their office right off the showroom floor but are on the floor working deals. I was able to come in with a price and vehicle in mind and they were able to get the deal done. I've purchased many cars and I can tell you that they provide the level of customer service that should be expected. You'll have me as a loyal customer going forward.
The best vehicle buying experience we have ever had. Absolutely no pressure. Our salesman, Cedrick only showed us vehicles that we were interested in. He was polite and really worked with us to get exactly what we wanted. Our trip to Chesrown could not have been any better.
I purchased a used,2014 Chevrolet 1500 and the staff couldn't have been better. From Ryan Gill, Brad Van Fleet, Cliff Lemke and Rob Dublin, no one was pushing, they all worked to make happen. Thanks guys.

Took my car in for a oil change , was told it included inspection, fluid top off, etc. didn't do what they told me, makes me wonder what else they skipped over .... Hmmmmm...
I bought mycarfrom them 6 years ago and purchased an extended warranty then went back and said that I didn't want it. I was told if I kept it and didn't use it I would get the money I paid for it after the warranty was up. Well was upthe end of February and I have been trying to get my money back for 3 months now. I just bought a 2016 equinox from chesrown chevrolet and had an amazing experience. I worked with christain and he was very professional, thoughtful and really listened to all my needa while buying my new car. He took his time and printed out plenty of options for what route to take and what car to buy. I will definately be buying through him again and highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy, lease a new car!
