I went for my routine oil change and tire rotation. Waited the hour n half. My vehicle was finally done. Get home, reading the work invoice. It said my tires were rotated, oil changed, all fluid levels topped off and vehicle inspected. So I randomly checked my fluids to see if indeed they topped them off. They never even touched the fluids. I called in they said to bring my vehicle in and they would make it right. My point is....Don't say you've done something you haven't done. I had an issue with the service department. Contacted Cindy in customer service. Cindy resolved the issue promptly and professionally. The work performed by the service department was exceptional. Highly recommended.
Went in for a throttle body service about three weeks ago. The throttle body was supposed to be cleaned. I just checked the throttle body because the problem (stalling) persisted. The throttle body was not cleaned whatsoever, they charged me over $200 to clean it and did not even touch it. Have pics and video as proof.
