I was on hold for over 10 minutes one day. I forgot I was on hold because it had been so long and when the person came back on the phone I couldn't talk. lol. I actually drove to the office while I was on hold and walked in and asked my question and left. There was only one employee that I could see. She seemed to be working on the computer. She wasn't on the phone or with a patient. I don't know why she didn't follow up on my call when she was able to talk to me when I walked in. But I still love my dentist and my dentist o... read more
