This last visit was for my granddaughter's cleaning and as usual Robin was wonderful!
I woke up on a Friday with a swollen gum and pain. I called Dr. Chesney's office and they worked me in that morning. Dr. Chesney x-rayed the tooth and told me it couldn't be saved and referred me to an oral surgeon who also worked me in the same day. The tooth was cracked below the gum so it was extracted and an implant put in that day. It's comforting to know I can depend on Dr. Chesney when I need him.
My hygienist was very good
Melinda is the best dental technician I've ever had.
Staff is very kind and friendly
I think if Nancy had been there I would have better understood my situation. Not that Shannon didn't do well, she's just not as knowledgeable as Nancy is. I couldn't remember that this tooth had just had a root canal within the last year because it happened right after an implant which overshadowed the root canal. So, if there is anything I would suggest to improve, it would be to share records of services rather than just refer. As always, I received professional and friendly treatment at Chesney Denistry. Been going there for well over a decade and wouldn't go anywhere else.
I got in ahead of schedule and the work was done in 10 minutes. And everyone was most friendly, as always. I could not ask for more.
