I felt as though I was not treated properly, once I declined having x-rays to be taken due to recent insurance changes. Dental hygienist did not ask to schedule my 6 month cleaning. Overall was not pleased with service.
Everyone there is amazing. It's an amazing place.
They always take great care of me and I would recommend anyone to them. The hygienists are all so friendly and do a great job cleaning my teeth.
Normally my visits are great, however, my hygienist this time, Melinda, was very condescending to me when she talked to me about flossing more and I left feeling very unsettled rather than educated. She seemed to make light of the fact that she found a cavity. I do not want her to clean my teeth again. Everyone else was wonderful!
Nancy is always a pleasure to talk to and is friendly to all patients. Everyone in the office is very nice, I just don't know all their names.
Chesney Dentistry has served our who family well for many years now. They are currnetly taking care of 4 generations of teeth in our family!
