excellent work by the hygienist. Kind, professional, - genuinely interested in my dental health.
Was pleased with the cleaning but was disturbed that cracks were found in two teeth which will lead to replacing fillings and possibly needing crowns,placing a real financial burden for a retired senior with Social Security benefits only. Just truly praying crowns won't be needed.
I thought that it was a wonderful idea to have a "substitute" dentist to fill in while Dr. Chesney was out, instead of just cancelling my appointment. That was terrific planning. And Dr. Bill is just as pleasant, patient and professional as the Drs. Chesney. Every person who has provided dental care/customer service to me has been wonderful!!

I wouldn't characterize a dentist appointment as where I go for good times, I mean, there's no cake there, but Chesney dentistry, when compared to most dental offices, is like a party...maybe some stevia sweetened cake in the future?
You need a coat rack in the waiting room.
You have the best dental office I have ever experienced and I am 67 years old so I have been in a few. Thank you for such a pleasant atmosphere for not always such a pleasant project.
The dental hygienist (Robin) that worked my appointment was outstanding.
