I am leaving this review for your benefit, not to be published online, obviously. I have never been treated so passive-aggressively and disdainfully by a Dental Hygienist in my entire life. Frankly I am disappointed in myself that I didn't confront her on the day of my visit. And, at the time she made it clear she was not going to take responsibility for her behavior and placed all the blame for the visit on myself. Great service here! And friendly staff. Dr. Chesney always takes care of my family and the hygienists somehow always remember who we are and even what has been going on in life.
I was called back because of a message I left on the office machine the day before. It was important that I see someone asap. You all gave me a work-in appointment. I expected to wait for some time since it was a work-in. To my surprise I waited 5 minutes. Thank you all for such a friendly and efficient staff and knowledgable dentist.
Great team, wonderful people. comfortable environment.
Very satisfied - from receptionist to hygienist to dentist. Everything was great until I paid the bill. (Just kidding)
