Best dentist I have ever had.
Brand new patient (first dental work on Medicare.) My old dentist, whom I loved, recommended them. Did NOT expect to actually get any work done on my teeth, but they addressed the issue I came for, and were extremely organized and proficient.
Never have to wait more than 5 minutes in the lobby or the exam room.
This was my first time here. The staff was friendly and welcoming. My hygienist, Kaitlin, was fabulous. She was very gentle and answered all of my questions.
My filling fell out and Dr. Chesney was able to get me in the next day. So thankful for their patience, care and expertise
I have visited 5 to 6 dentists in Knoxville during last 32 years. But, Chesney Dentistry appears to be the best for my family. The reception is always courteous with smiling face. Waiting time is very small. Dental work is perfect, and the charges are always moderate with thorough verification with the insurance company. What can be better than these? Dr. Chesney is always very polite with the patients. Hope, this experience does not change in future.
