Dr. Durgan & his staff are very professional.
I literally dislike visiting TOC. The front desk staff including the security guard, is extremely unprofessional. The perception it gives is that their personal conversations are more important than the patients that are checking in. Every single time which has not been much I experience the same issues. The doctors are great.
Dr Durgin and his staff are very informative and professional. They take your healthcare seriously.
The Staff and service was superb ! I participated in the treatment plan and was provided the opportunity to select à therapeutic modality that would best mitigate my complaints!
I was not the patient; the patient was my wife. While the surgeon was nowhere to be seen, the anesthesiologist seemed to roam the surgery center like he had nothing to. My wife has NOT had trouble coming out of anesthesia before, EVER but this time (knee replacement surgery with Dr Durgin on July 8th), she was so nauseous it must have taken an hour to get her to settle and stop throwing up.
