My dog Franklyn was treated like a princess! Dr. Gauthier was so kind and gentle with our senior citizen. He was direct in answering my questions and addressed my concerns with sensitivity and honesty. The whole staff there treats us like family they love!
All the staff there are very nice and knowledgeable! Dr. Rote is very good! She decided that it would be best to wait to give my puppy her shots since she wasn't even a lb at 8 weeks old. I have experienced elsewhere where they don't care about the animal and they just want to get it done and get you in and out and I did not experience that with Dr. Rote. I felt that she really cared for my puppy Lilly and is doing what's best for her!
They were very thorough and compassionate. The staff cared enough to call the next day to check on my cat. And not just the front office as a routine follow up....one of the docs called, too.
The entire staff is very knowledgable and kind. They go out of their way to make sure my cat is safe and comfortable (and spoiled with scratches and treats). We won't go anywhere else!
Thank you Dr. Pearson and all your associates at Cheshire Animal Hospital for the incredible care and compassion you provided to us, and to our sweet Zuri, at her end of life. We are so grateful for all that you did and will be forever thankful that you cared for us all so well.
