After nearly 13 years as a client of Cheshire Animal Hospital, I am extremely disappointed that I have finally had to leave. Dr. Pearson is a good veterinarian and did wonderful knee surgery on my first dog, but the practice has gone downhill drastically. The limited availability, prescription policies, and especially the office management have made getting care and medications unnecessarily difficult. I’d like to share my experience with Cheshire Animal Hospital regarding my 15-year-old female dog. Cheshire Animal Hospital has provided her routine checkups and care since I adopted her at seven months old. About a year ago, she developed a lump on her leg. I have been taking my animals here for years, through many surgeries and routine checkups. This company hired a new “vet”, some younger guy with long hair who has a bad attitude. He was all pumped up, maybe too much redbull, and had a really bad visit with my dog Marco. It was supposed to be routine, they tried to clip his nails and draw blood which they couldn’t do without upsetting the dog, and this man got all emotional and upset saying they needed him to be medicated. Ordered meds for my pup last week and paid online. Then received a notice from CAH stating ...it appears your ordered has not yet been placed.... so now I'm spending time looking into that when my account clearly shows paid. When I called and asked why I received this email, all I got was unaccountability...'I have no control over that'...no apology for the confusion, no, let me see if I can look into that and improve that process. Nothing.
