They are wicked and deceitful. They are only interested in commission fees. I would seriously consider alternative options if you plan to deal with this company.
Chesapeake was acting for the landlord for the property I was renting. At the time I was renting with them I was also a landlord for another property too as such I had a unique understanding and I was impressed by the level of care they took. While I am no longer renting as I bought a home if I bought an additional investment property I would consider Chesapeake as my acting property management company.
