I appreciate the communication between the office and me, the patient. I knew that throughout the procedures that an answer to any fears or questions I had was only a phone call away. The implant was an overwhelming process but the staff was patient and kind as I muddled through. P.S. I liked having the magazines to read as it took my mind off what was going to happen.
Best dental appointment this 71-year-old has ever had. Courteous, helpful, knowledgeable staff that provided excellent care. Dr. Gartner analyzed and described the problem in easy-to-understand terms, took the necessary measurements, outlined a program of treatment, and gave a very optimistic prognosis. Never before have I felt so certain that I was in the best of hands. Highest recommendation.

The service at Chesapeake Periodontics is always top notch. The Admin Assistants are very professional and friendly. The hygienists are friendly and thorough. Dr. Duckworth is an excellent doctor, a good listener, very cordial and does excellent work.

Dr. Gartner has made my gums healthy. His technician, Rose, takes such care when cleaning that she sometimes spots a small cavity and points it out to Dr Gartner who in turn lets my regular dentist know to check it out and fix it right away. All in all, our dental care is excellent.
