This has become our go-to place. Recently I brought my daughter in because she was sick for several days and we didn't know what was wrong with her other than she recently adopted a dog who had giardia. When I mentioned that, the PA there was not surprised at all and told us the antibiotics that we would need. I wish we had asked for strong pain pills though because before the antibiotics kicked in, the pain got worse and worse and I couldn't manage it with ibuprofen so we ended up in the ER. They got my son in last minute and had his size boot and crutches in. The front desk girl Sarah was amazing and the entire staff was friendly!
My son had come in for possible pink eye. He is a non verbal Autistic Little boy. The staff here were so welcoming from the very beginning. The front desk nurse explained very thing to us before we started filling out paperwork. She then offered my son an ipad to keep him occupied and offered me a beverage while we waited. Once we saw our doctor, I explained again that my son was autistic and non verbal. He was very gentle and kind with my son and tried to put him at ease during the examination. Got in and out fairly quickly. Good diagnosis and advice, headed me in the right direction which was much appreciated! Very friendly.
I'm so glad we came here. So clean and friendly. Everyone was very helpful and friendly from the start. It also didn't take long which is always wonderful.
