Beautiful office, friendly staff who offered water/tea/coffee several times, I waited less than ONE minute before going to a spacious exam room. Super friendly medical assistant who took his time and listened to my complaints. The doc was in the room in less than 5 minutes and was as friendly as the others. During my breathing treatment they checked on me twice, I was given several prescriptions, and told to call if I have any concerns or feel worse. I know the owner of this business....great person who deeply cares about people. I am positive this will be a wonderful place to go for healthcare needs. I hope all my friends who live in the Gambrills area who need urgent healthcare will go to this clinic. You will get great care given promptly!
UPDATE: After placing this review the Medical Director reached out to me and discussed all my concerns. He has assured me that he is addressing all of the issues that I had mentioned. He apologized for everything and was very grateful for the feedback. He truly cares about this facility and the people that it is serving. I have been a patient twice already and cannot say enough wonderful things about this urgent care facility. Their staff is thorough and kind, the facility is beautiful. Best of all, their patient care is stellar. I have my go to place any time myself or anyone in my family needs care!
My sister and nephew went and were impressed with how well the staff dealt with a patient who was nervous about stitches. Great bedside manner and knowledge.

The staff there are super friendly and helpful! They were EXCELLENT with my 3 year old, had prizes and treats for him before and during his exam. They were quick, easy going, honest, etc. Was a great first experience to make you feel comfortable in. Much better than surrounding care centers.
Fantastic service today for my 9 year old who broke his finger. The staff were thorough, efficient and kind.
