My daughter needed an x-ray for a possible brake so we decided to check out the new urgent care in Crofton. I'm very glad we did! We were so impressed with Chesapeake ERgent care, I had to write a review. It was the fastest and most pleasant experience I've ever had in a urgent care office. The office was impeccably clean, they even supplied waters and coffee while we waited (which wasn't long). Been here a few times for myself and a few times for my kids. Amazing experience each and every time!! Great care all around.
Over the holidays I visited the office three times. They quickly took care of the sinus infection, ear infection, and a cut to the head that required a few staples. All three of my kids were in and out within 20 minutes. No more Righttime or Minute Clinic for us!
My family had a wonderful experience. Short wait time and extreme patience with my son. Will be returning if needed. Staff was friendly and helpful.
