Terrible experience. Doctor did not speak English, did not have my chart, and wrote instructions for a diagnostic test that Anne Arundel Diagnostics could not read. Office did not call with results from Anne Arundel Diagnostics, and when I called they had no information about Doctor recommendations following the diagnostic results.
After hearing great reviews about this clinic, it was my first go-to urgent care location when I was having a family emergency and leaving the state within 6 hours of my appointment. I came fully equipped with my medical records (spanning over the previous 8 years) to show the doctor that I had in fact been treated by the same medical professional for YEARS without any change in medical treatment. Went there for a bad cough and chest pains. They gave me cough syrup and an inhaler but didn't even take my temperature or an x-ray. I ended up in the ER a day later with pneumonia.
My experience was awful and I have waited over a month for management to call me back.I left a voicemail in I have not received a call back. I left on the verge of having a panic attack and left sicker then when going in due to treatment from staff. I had only went in for laryngitis and bronchitis. My patients rights were violated and I was treated horrible by the x-ray technician.
