I originally had a post about how I would never return and was wildly disappointed with the care I received here. That was until Dr.Elfenbein reached out to me and made 100% sure I was taken care of and fully satisfied with my visit and aftercare. Nice clean facility, friendly staff
I came here today for a strep test after not being able to swallow for 3 days and to see if it was better than the 2 hour process of patient first. I was very pleased with the waiting room (nice set up, looks like they had coffee/tea) and super friendly office staff and nurses. I was also in and out in just over an hour, so time-wise I was happy. They did my swab quickly in the waiting room to speed up the test results, which I was fine with. On this past Sunday afternoon they saw my daughter who had symptoms of a cough, tiredness, weak, slight chest pain. We had been twice to her primary care dr. but she was still suffering. We were attended to with care and immediately they did a chest X-ray which showed a potential of pneumonia. They were very professional and tried to remedy her dehydrated condition with an IV.
