Dr. Serr performed an endometrial ablation on me over 5 years ago. I had been suffering with heavy bleeding with clotting for years. The NovaSure ablation was done in office with a mild recovery. It has been one of the best decisions I have made. I currently have zero periods, spotting or cramps. I would make the same decision over and over.
The staff is welcoming and efficient, Dr Serr is kind, patient, thorough, and a world class explainer! I left feeling completely at ease.

In addition to various gynecological needs, I also entrusted this office with the burdensome duties of helping me bring my babies into the world and they have never let me down. I have severe bleeding, too old to be a period, she took me right in, got my diagnosis, referred to specialists in Sac, got surgery, discovered tiny cluster, was cancer. Her persistance and attention saved my life. She was very thorough and excellent patient empathy.
Dr. Cheryl Serr is my OB & delivered Madison. I highly recommend her and Cheryl Wiley - my nurse practitioner. They helped me navigate through my yearly check-ups, pap smears, trying to get pregnant for years, my pregnancy with fibroids, you name it. Dr. Serr has been EXCEPTIONAL at taking care of me especially when I got re-admitted for preeclempsia. This office is the real deal including the staff.
Dr. Serr went absolutely above and beyond for me. First thing I loved was how nice their office was and how welcoming the staff were. Second thing, Dr Serr caught all of my high risk symptoms right away and had us monitored carefully enough to deliver a healthy baby boy.Third thing, on delivery day, after her shift ended and she had a 24 hour shift the next day, she came back to the hospital right as she got home just to deliver my son since I didn't want a male Dr.On her daughters bday no less!
Dr. Serr and all of her staff are wonderful and so very helpful. Her professionalism and efficiency are top notch. Dr. Serr quickly discovered the cause of some complications and severe pain I had been experiencing & was able to schedule & perform surgery within days. Dr Serr is a very compassionate doctor & I feel I can really talk with her and express all my concerns while receiving thorough answers. She takes extra time, does not rush her appointments, is very understanding & compassionate.
Thank you for taking care of my wife through this difficult time. You went above and beyond what a Surgeon would normally do. I can't thank you enough. You are the best!
