Dr Serr takes her time to really talk to her patients. Very thorough and informative. Always polite and friendly. The staff and office overall is VERY functional and also always polite and friendly. I wish I could use this office for my regular primary care physician. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Very thorough. Dr. Serr makes the appointment worth your time. She doesn't rush you and gives you the opportunity to bring up any concerns. I had a concern about time to get a new bone density test and she ordered it right away. Earlier this month my primary care appt. Said I didn't need one. I believe she is really an advocate for women's healthcare.
Everyone at this office is friendly. Very thorough about health history. Dr. Serr is sooooo sweet and funny.
Dr Serr and Cheryl Willey are very thorough and never rush through appointments. I feel cared for.
I see Cheryl Wiley NP as my gynecologist, and think she is wonderful. Though there are long wait times at this office, the high quality of care and genuine kindness shared by all the staff is definitely worth it. I am grateful to know both providers.
