Didn’t check me for infections as a mom who was 6 days postpartum from a c-section. Gave me high blood pressure medication which made my heart go over 200bpm. Mercy hospital had to stop my heart 3 times and almost had to shock me to get my heart back. It was horrifying experience to think I was going to die 6 days after the birth of my rainbow baby. She’s not thorough. She neglects her patients.
Dr Serr was extremely informative and took the time to explain my condition & procedure in detail. She answered all of my questions and made me feel completely at ease. I appreciated her honest opinion and review of my treatment options.
After breast cancer, I was unable to take estrogen. I was having terrible vaginal atrophy and frequent UTI’s. I was feeling desperate. Dr. Serr was very understanding. She gave me the option of Selene Touch vaginal rejuvenation. I have so far had 2 of 3 treatments and feel so much better!
I had the most awful experience with Dr. Serr. I went in for extremely painful and heavy periods. I asked Dr. Serr multiple times if I could have endometriosis. She would laugh and brush it off, telling me no, I did not have endometriosis and that I just needed an ablation to stop the bleeding. After I started passing golf ball sized clots I went back in and showed her photos. I ended up moving forward and had the ablation done. Dr Serr has been my GYN for 13 years. She has seen me through menopause & older woman issues. Dr Serr & her staff are compassionate, professional & take their time to explain issues & possible solutions. I do not look forward to the “mechanics” of the visit but very much appreciate the care & concern for my well being while in the office. Thank you, Dr Serr!
As a cancer patient I had vaginal atrophy and the Selene Touch vaginal rejuvenation solved the issues. I return yearly for “tune ups” and am very pleased with the results.
