This establishment was like doing business in a third world country! I went there because I saw their TV commercial. What a mistake! I quickly learned that they were far more interested in my insurance company than me the patient. After an hour and half wait I finally asked when were they going to see me.I was told they only had one doctor there that will take Medicare for my problem and they couldn't tell me how much longer the wait was! I went to this place because it was close to work. There was never any real plan other than telling me what my problem was. As soon as they had depleted my insurance allotment for the year (which I was not feeling any better), they then sat me down to discuss a payment plan and wanted more money. I chose another chiropractor and was better within 2 visits. I do not recommend this place and would consider them more of an insurance fraud than anything.
