Idaho Falls.... If you ever have a broken glass window, please DO NOT GO TO CHERRY GLASS to fix it!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We took our window there, they ordered a new window, they broke the window during installation!!! They reordered a new window and have not contact us to come to our house to install it like the manager told my husband they will do as a 'courtesy'. I have used Cherry Glass several times. I have always been pleased with the price and the service. We have a wood burning furnace and the window broke. I was very grateful that they had what I needed in stock and they were able to cut it right away.
After waighting 3 weeks for a simple living room window to have glass replaced after a break in. I will new getting my window frame back and going somewhere else. Have children and not playing the waighting game when it's getting cold and it's a Livingroom window.
