Bad servise good product – They do a good job with my pets but bad servise. I am not pleased with my dogs nail trimming. And NO credit cards? And never do what i asked when they groom my dog - i would not recomed it.
Our friends had recommended Cindys to us years ago. We have alot of dogs so we go often. We've had nothing but good experiences with them every time. We had tryed several groomers around town. With no luck. I was thrilled to find someone who could cut everyones hair right. Even the big guys. I can walk in any time to get their nails cut, cheap. Great place for boarding – My girls stay there about once a month. They're happy and content when they come home. We're going back in two weeks to board again.
O.K. service, don't always listen to what the owner wants – I have been taking my cockers to Cindy's for about 6 mos now, since I moved south. They did a good job with my older dog who is very calm in nature. I found that the last 2 times with my younder dog, who is a bit hyper, they did not groom him as asked. The last time, they tried to correct for me while I was still there, and I witnessed a very impatient person grab and jerked him on the table in order to try and please me. Good prices! – I took my maltipoo when she was just 14 weeks old. They did a light grooming. At first, I wasn't very impressed with the techs (maybe the owner) attitude. Whenever I went to go pick her up though she seemed a lot more personable. They gave her a cute little bandana and she seemed pretty happy. Their prices was so much lower to what I pay now but for me it was out of the way. Still highly recommended in restrospect!
