Nice and safe! Office communication could be better!
Moved here about 4 months ago and the staff here is very helpful. They are always looking for ways to liven the place up and if I ever have a problem, maintenance gets to my apartment the very same day. I really enjoy living here.
I like living here. Staff is great. They are now doing some renovations to spruce the place up. I've had no issues mentioned by others.
Best place I've ever lived since moving to Nashville. 2 biggest problems are 1. The huge rent increases every year, and 2. The staff fails at stressing the importance of keeping dogs on leashes to new residents. This is something that should be discussed w great emphasis and consequences considering how many dog owners live here and how many dog parks are here where dogs can run free. It's a constant problem and needs to be addressed.
Horrible staff and brown recluse problems that were never taken care of....not to mention repairs take weeks...
Grounds and amenities are phenomenal, the actual apartment was not.
