RecommendedI have lived at Cherry Creek for 1 year and it is my first apartment since moving from Indiana. I have nothing but good things to say about this complex. The staff is always smiling and helpful. The grounds are consistently maintained. The gym and pools are nice. Maintenance has promptly fixed my minimal requests in a timely manner. I never hear my neighbors on any side of me. The one bedroom unit I am in is the perfect size. If it weren’t for my desire to be closer to the city, I would re-sign my lease. I live at cherry creek and from day one showing us our now apartment until now Jamie has been so much help! I’ve almost been here a year and overall it’s been a great experience. Highly recommend!
Moving in soon and enjoyed dealing with Ms. Jaime when I was looking for an an apartment to move into due to my job transfer. I had five to review and CCA was second on my list. After CCA visit, I didn't go any further to look at the other three apartments as I knew I had found my new home. Look forward to my new beginning in Nashville and at CCA.
I just visited here and did a walk through and Jamie was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful! The grounds are very pretty, safe, and quiet. Definitely a great value!
Jamie was amazing!! She took the time to show me my new place and explain all the benefits with the apartment complex. She also answered any questions I had and sent me home with all the phone numbers I needed to set everything up. She did an amazing job!!
i moved to cherry creek apt. 2 yrs ago this weekend.oct. 2,3 2015 loved it then, and love it yet. they are a caring group of ppl . maintance crew is super. does good job, and speaks to you when they see you. office staff is very nice and helpful, i can drop by office anytime, and get the help i need. (hey, maintance will even come and change light bulbs for you) how helpful is that. i love my daughter and son in law has moved here now. love Cherry Creek.
This is our home now! We are getting to know our neighbors. We are settling into our apartment. Our puppy loves going for walks and seeing the other dogs. We are loving our new home.
