I'm happy with this apartments. I like the floor plan, I like the green territory. What I don't like is pricing strategy. Plus $100 to existing lease renewal - that's too much, considering that no upgrades or significant repairs were made.
Cherry creek apartments is one of the more affordable, more convenient and most family neighborhood I had the pleasure of touring. Jamie was awesome showing me and my husband around. She really made us feel comfortable and was very personable about our visit. If you talk to any one, Jamie is your go too.
Cherry Creek is a fantastic family oriented community to live in. We've had nothing but a great experience living here. From front office management to maintenance to trash pick up to the landscapers.....everyone is so welcoming and acommodating.
I've had nothing but a great experience at Cherry Creek since the moment I walked through the door while trying to find my first apartment. I looked at many other properties and always came back to Cherry Creek. The property is beautiful, the fitness center is a great size, three nice pools, close to down town, and a wonderful staff. Great community to live in!!! Clean, quiet and safe. Property is well maintained. The leasing agents are the best!! Very friendly and welcoming to all potential residents.
