When it comes to customer service, this dealership simply does not care. They do not train their sales staff accordingly, and when something goes wrong, they will essentially stop returning your calls. I was misled on what was a $25k purchase. I specifically requested a feature on a vehicle, and noted the very next day, when the weather had finally cleared and I was able to operate everything on my own (the salesmen essentially operated everything for me in the pouring rain) that my vehicle did not in fact have that feature ... read more

I called another Hyundai dealership to see if I could get an oil change,they told me to come on in...I drove through 5:00 traffic only to get disappointed!!! They took my car to the back and told me they had no one to do my oil change! I call Hyundai of Kennesaw and the receptionist told me to come in her crew would take good care of me...from the moment I drove up everyone was professional and polite!!! This was my second purchase at this dealership. Saj is a great salesperson! He is VERY patient and explains everything very throughly. While I was very specific in what I wanted in terms of color and options in my new Santa Fe, the wonderful people at Hyundai of Kennesaw went above and beyond to acquire the vehicle I was searching for, despite not having one in stock and there being very few that matched my specs within 500 miles. The customer service from Aliecia on the internet side and Ray when going in to finalize the paperwork and receive my new car was superb. Great experience for a process I typically loathe!

Purchased a used Audi A5 convertible at this dealer. I live 4 hours away from the dealer and dealt with David Parks and Crystal thru email and over the phone. When I got to the dealer their salesperson Chris was waiting for me. The car was as described and the price that we negotiated prior to coming in was honored. Everyone was easy to work with and they went out of their way to make sure I was happy. I'd definitely buy another car from them if I lived closer.

Do NOT go to this dealership. They have very shady people working there and do not trust your financial information with individuals. They have integrity issues. Sent a friend of mine there to purchase a vehicle only to find an employee there who was involved in and illegal business. The entire staff has integrity issues.
