I bought my car brand new (2014 Elantra) and have since put 64,000 miles on it. Yesterday, my alternator, battery, and crank shaft sensor and belt all went bad and needed to be replaced. My car has been well maintained and I've never experience problems like this with any other car manufacturers. I will not buy a Hyundai again, and make sure to spread the word about how poorly their cars are made. I bought my car new so I would not have car troubles for years, but clearly that has not turned out to be the case.
I had an excellent experience working with Terry Bizzell and would highly recommend him! I drove a couple of cars and had to leave town unexpectedly for 2 weeks. We kept in touch during that time and when I returned I ended up with a new Tucson that I love! Everyone in the dealership was so friendly and accommodating!

Joanna Jackson and Aliecia De Angelis were great to deal with online. Joanna quoted me a price with the exact details of the cost breakdown. When I walked into the showroom Aliecia was ready with the same offer. Our salesman, Blake Folsom, was professional, knowledgeable, upfront, and not pushy. If Blake did not know the answer to one of my questions, he admitted it and quickly came back with an answer. He was a delight to work with and we will definitely purchase another car from him as well as refer friends to him.
I had a bad experience that Thornton Road Hyundai but have always been treated with great care and respect at the Kennesaw location. Even though I live in Hiram I will continue to drive the distance to Kennesaw

Bought a new car for our daughter and was told we could get the car for a specified price and we negotiated a free oil change plan as well (normally $199). Long story short, they added on $799 documentation fee, charged us after all for the oil change plan, charged us a BS etching fee as well as a bigger BS nitrogen in the tires fee. After reviewing several cars at Truecar dealerships and the CarMax located on Barrett Parkway I decided to look for a late model Elantra that was still under manufacturers warranty. Not having notified Alecia (who had contacted me cheerfully each morning) that I was planning on visiting the dealership to test drive the Truecar Elantra that had drawn me there I arrived and discovered the vehicle had been sold.
