I am loving my new 2017 Sante Fe! I can't say enough about our sales consultant William Armstrong. He spent a good bit of time with us, thoroughly going over the car with us, driving it, and showing us around. By the time we left in our new car, I felt like we were friends! Thanks again William!

Just purchased a new Tucson from Hicham Kidari. Had already decided I wanted a Tucson and was debating between a used 2016 from Carmax or a new one. After reaching a deal with Hicham it made no sense buying the used car. The few dollars less at Carmax did not justify losing half the new car warranty. Hicham bent over backwards to satisfy us from negotiations to delivering the new car to my home. He's a good one.

This is my second Hyundai, but my first purchase from Hyundai of Kennesaw. I just want to say that I had a wonderful experience with the complete staff of Hyundai of Kennesaw especially with Hicham Kidari who was my point of contact and he handled everything in a very professional way. He answered all my questions and was very prompt in getting me all the things he had to get done. This was a very pleasant experience and I look forward to having a long relationship with Hyundai of Kennesaw.
Have always been treated respectfully when I've brought my 2015 Sonata in for service and/or recall. And as I usually wait, I am happy with the waiting area as it is bright, has a TV, complimentary water/coffee and it's interesting to be able to watch cars being worked on. That said, I'd give 5 stars if they automatically vacuumed your car and ran it through the car wash anytime you brought it in, regardless if it was just for oil change or recall, etc. and without asking them to do this.
It is easy to complain about Dealerships, but most commonly it's because the customer has no idea about car pricing or value of their current vehicle. All could be clearer, but this dealership did an excellent job in presenting the car, discussing pricing and negotiating a great deal. Mine was a trade-in of an existing lease for a new lease and I was extremely pleased by all the personnel I came in contact with.
