I would first like to start out this review by stating I am on my third Hyundai we just purchased our last Santa Fe a few months ago from the dealership in Kennesaw we are now on our second oil change and this is our third attempt to make this happen. Each time we have had an appointment and upon reaching the two hour plus mark and our car has not moved we get up and ask why the delay are told they are busy and we say we have an appointment they apologize and we can reschedule. last week I spoke to the service manager. We are very busy on Saturdays, of course, It is not an excuse but if you can please be patient with us we will get it done as soon as we can! You can always ask to speak with the service manager, Jim Lambert, if you do require any additional assistance. We are open till 9PM Tuesday-Friday for the future, if that helps. There is usually less wait time after 7PM during the week!
Have been in to utilize their service department 2-3 times for minor repair items. Always welcomed promptly and professionally. Good to experience a service department that honestly honors warranties. Plan to use this dealership if and when I trade in my Santa Fe.

Hyundai of Kennesaw was really an eye opening experience. That sounds cheesy, look I went in with a plan on Monday to walk in and drive out and they really helped me execute that plan. Ever since I saw the Hyundai Veloster I wanted it. For years I've eyeballed that car, imagined myself in it.
