I loved working with Nadia. She was easy to talk to, didn't waste time, answered all my questions, and helped me find the right car for my needs! She didn't try to pressure me into anything, but focused on what I wanted in a car. I got EXACTLY what I wanted for a great price. I visited several dealerships (6, maybe 7?) in my search. Hyundai of Kennesaw was the best.

Good luck getting anyone on the phone here (in any department). I purchased my Hyundai Elantra here a year ago and have yet to be able to reach anyone in financing or service departments for inquiries about my car (warranty info, mechanical questions etc). The operator will either a) transfer you to a line that never picks up or b) take your name and number, but no one will call you back. We have an entire team that answers the phone calls for service so I am very surprised you can't get anyone to ever answer . Where do I start? First, I would do business with Kevin Shakur anytime in the future...if he leaves this dealership. Kevin is great, he shoots you straight and tells you exactly what he can and can't do, he'll deal with you and he'll fight for your request as far as he can.
