RecommendedI recently purchased a "Like" New, 2013 Sonata Hybrid. Austin Frammel was our sales person and was very knowledgeable about our car. We were able to walk out the door with the negotiated price, without any last minute fees attached. There were a few minor issues that took a little longer than expected, to correct, but at the end of the day, this was probably one of the smoothest car purchases I have ever experienced! I definitely recommend Hyundai Of Kennesaw.

First I want to say Jessica (i believe that's her name) that works in service has awful customer service. I've had many encounters with her in person and over the phone. She is very rude. One day I asked her to simply see if someone could look at my car because it would make a high pitch noise and it smelled like something was burning. I was concerned, but she simply said sorry we can't help you. Then there has been situations where my oil cap was not put on all the way and all the oil came out. I took My Genesis G80 in for an audio repair and was told it was the Amp that malfunctioned. The service reps told me that they had to order a new amp to fix the issue, which they did and that it would come in the very next day. I got a call that very next day and was informed that my car was ready for pickup and issue was resolved ! I’m very pleased with the service !
It's been roughly 12 years since last buying a vehicle and the experience my husband and I received from Hyundai was quite pleasant. Hicham was our salesperson and at no time did we feel pressure to even sit down and talk numbers, let alone buy a vehicle.
