I worked with Bryan walker and he was super helpful and I got my oil with the 39.99 deal they had and it saved me ton of money and when I explain to them what was going on there were really nice and I really like it.

I walked away from Nissan more frustrated than I was before I came in that day. I would’ve liked to have known the real issue with my vehicle but it seemed that it was more of a process of elimination which would only have me paying out more money in the end.
New battery install. Tech did not function check all impacted accessories. One missing check was the driver’s side auto up window switch operation, which worked prior to battery install but not afterward. I had to reprogram the window switch without having coverage in the owner manual for how to do so. Did not take back to service center because it is an hour drive one way, but it works now.
Our relationship started off rocky. Our service advisor, Brain worked hard to get all of our issues addressed. A few months later & all is good now. Thanks guys
The service experienced was the best ever. The issues were addressed and handled well n a good amount of time.
I scheduled my service for oil change and tire rotation . When I scheduled it, I said I get free rotation since bought the tires there. I did see it mentioned for rotate. . When work was done , they did not rotate the tires. I Was told tread was fine. I rotate every 5000 miles when I change oil. So they had to take my car back to redo and added another 40+ minutes to my wait. Then I was going to be charged almost $40 for it, and had to reiterate it was free.
The entire team, from first call with Najee, to Charles and Ryan, was friendly and professional. My questions and concerns were validated and expertly answered. The experience start to finish gave me confidence that I chose the right dealer! I will highly recommend Trophy Nissan.
