The salesman and the finance person were friendly and knowledgeable. We felt respected and well informed.
Had a front wheel that was getting hot and smoking. Called dealership late in day and was able to get it in next day for diagnosis. Advisor gave an easy to understand description of what was needed plus additional items that he recommended. I decided to go ahead with all work. Even though there was a substantial amount of repairs needed, the work was completed early following day.
I have always disliked the car buying process feeling like it was a battle between them and me and they had all the advantages regarding pricing, financing and trade in value. I did a lot of research prior to narrowing it down to a particular dealership. I guess I just got lucky. Cherokee County Nissan gave me the best experience I have ever had.
