I traded in a 2016 Nissan Altima with a little over 100k miles & was able to transfer into a 2024 for a reasonable price. Really a disappointment. I needed an oil change and after an hour that’s all I got. I had an appointment and didn’t expect it to take an hour to change the oil. I didn’t get an inspection report, complementary car wash or window sticker to remind me of the next service. The area is dated with worn furniture and the coffee was pretty stale late afternoon. Need to look at the service department at Nissan of Cumming for improvement. This is where I bought my last Rogue and they are heads and shoulders above what I experienced.
