If I could give 0 stars, I would. On their website, they claim to work with prestigious bridal designers. But the information is vague — there isn’t even a proper section showing which designers or gowns they actually carry. They don’t display a single real photo of these supposed gowns, not on their website and not when you ask directly. I had the most incredible experience at Chernaya, working with Renato! I came in on a tight timeline, and Renato made my vision happen. We had to build up my dress and make a few not so simple changes but Renato made it happen!! Nothing is impossible with Renato. And he is SOOOO pleasant to work with, and is super friendly. HIGHLY recommend Chernaya and specifically Renato!!
