We would highly recommend using Cheri Whitnah when buying or selling a house. Cheri is a very knowledgeable and hard working real estate agent. We chose Cheri to sell our house because she was very on top of things! She is easy to get ahold of and is also on time to all the meetings and showings. Cheri works around the clock for her clients! Cheri is a wonderful person and very enjoyable to be around. I am not sure if this woman ever sleeps or has a social life because I never waited for a response. I received immediate attention and she was always willing to solve my issues. I am an out of town buyer and she helped me several times overcoming time issues by working into the evening to get everything in order. Recently I had a major back surgery and was faced with having to find a new home shortly afterwards. I have known Cheri for several years. I first met her in 2008 when I was looking for a house. She showed me several that I liked but I wasn't quite happy. She continued to assist me until we found the house that I loved. Then I 2011 after returning home from Afghanistan she helped me sell my house and relocate. Cheri did a wonderful job helping me and my wife buy our first home. She's very easy to work with and responds very quickly by phone and especially by text message.
