Rachel and Cheri Whitnah helped my husband and I purchase our first home. They have been absolutely amazing!! They were always available to answer any questions and were very easy to get in contact with. They have made buying our first home an easy and fun experience. I would HIGHLY recommend them for anyone who is looking to purchase or sell their home.

Cheri Whitnah was extremely helpful in our search for a home. She is full of energy and it is obvious that she loves what she does! She was easy to get a hold of and really listened to what my husband and I wanted in a home. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a home. She made the entire experience of looking for a home go smoothly. I hope to be in my house forever, but if we do move, I will definitely use Cheri again!

Cheri helped us sell a house and quickly buy another one at the same time. She is very professional, yet also treats you as a friend. Cheri is the consummate professional. I have confidence in her knowledge, people skills, and her appearance is immaculate. I always know she has my best interest at heart, and I will rest that my property is taken care of immediately when a situation arises. I have often recommended Cheri to others to care for their real estate needs, and would do that only if I felt confident that Cheri would be the absolute best for them.

Don't go with anyone else. Cheri has all the knowledge, skills, etiquette, and responsiveness you will need. We are so happy in our new home, and the easiest part of the entire process was working with Cheri. She will really take care of you!
