excellent response time and very helpful.
Set up an appointment (with a days notice) to check out a car. Confirmed the next day by phone before driving 45 minutes to the dealer. Got there to find the car still in the indoor showroom and was told it couldn't be moved outside. Tim was helpful as I looked over the car in the showroom, but it still kind of a wasted trip.
The best service hassle free environment dealer. They worked with me to the max, I ended up buying the car. Tim was very patient while it took me a week to finance the car. I would definitely purchase from them again... Thanks Tim for the service and patience and Neil for the best price. A real happy customer.
Dealer responded within a day via text. Was straight up in saying they could not do the offered price. I give them three out of five stars for following through. Four would have been if they had negotiated, and five would have been if I had purchased. Nothing bad to say about them. Just that their prices are significantly higher and out of line with what can be found online.

Communication is medium at best, because it takes a while for somebody to reply and also the information provided is not always complete. The selling prices are usually way to high and well above market prices.
Neil and Tim are real pros. Felt very well cared for every step of the way. I highly reccomend them to anyone. Cheers, John K.
